This governor has been A.W.O.L. when it comes to actually doing something to impact jobs and our economy in Michigan. We have heard lots of talk about the need for more job creation in Michigan, but aside from appointing commissions and announcing future summits to discuss these problems, there has been no action taken and no solutions proposed.
Michigan has lost 60,000 jobs since Granholm has become governor. And now, ten months later, Governor Granholm just appointed 48 people to a council to start talking about how to create jobs? More talk wont stop the hemorrhaging. Inaction the past ten months will not serve as an excuse for a tax-hike on Michigans families.
