Michigan’s unemployment rate lags a point behind the national recovery and now Governor Granholm launches another "listen, don’t lead tour." This time it’s about "Cool Cities." Her P.R. tour on "Cool Cities" even has its own web page. Nice. Maybe the Governor should spend more time helping Michigan take part in the national economic recovery and less time trying to socially engineer her own opinion of "cool." A vibrant economy and influx of money rejuvenates cities, not government meddling.
