GOVERNOR’S PARADOX

Governor Granholm recently announced 2,800 new jobs in Michigan. Let me get this straight: when there are job losses in MI, it’s Bush’s fault, but when there are job gains, "the governor’s programs are kicking in." OK, now I understand.
